Salary Range: $65,000 - $69,000
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Thesis Production Manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting with the install and operation of Audio and AV systems for individual thesis productions produced by the Theatre Program.
Responsibilities
TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT: 95%
Assists with Audio and AV install, planning and execution, focus and equipment finalization, and programming elements for individual theatre productions produced by the Theatre Program. Adheres to master technical schedule, deadlines and production goals as established by the Director of Production. Attends all production meetings for thesis productions and advises students and collaborators on design and implementation of all Audio and AV systems. Programs and manages the AV systems for all technical rehearsals. Researches new equipment acquisitions to enhance AV systems. Provides ongoing maintenance and repairs for equipment on site at Lenfest, Schapiro, and Nash. Confers and consults with the Director of Motion Picture and Information Technology, Theatre Production and Facility Manager, and the Lenfest production team regarding acquisitions and planning; attends meetings as requested.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
At least two-years field experience in theatre is preferred.
Familiarity with audio and video equipment required, including but not limited to projectors, video routers, audio recorders.
Demonstrated skill in programming Yamaha consoles, QLab, Isadora, and MadMapper required.
Ability to maintain and repair audio equipment is desired.
Flexible work schedule required, with evening and weekend hours as assigned by the Thesis Production Manager.
